the room was new-fashioned and spotless with a roll in shower, a hairdryer, and bath robes in the private bathroom. liked cigar bar and its carbonated drinks.

A lovely stay in Amman 🇯🇴

I loved the friendly vibe from the staff, especially the parking guy-such a lekker chommie. The brekkie spread was amazing, proper old school Middle Eastern delights every morning. Oh ja, and the views from my room of the city? Just amazing!

The check-in process could've been a bit sharper. It felt a bit drawn out, you know?

The hotel had a particularly good location by the centre of Amman. We had a fantastic and reasonable breakfast with taste, for all tastes.

It has good and absolutely perfect location to see Royal Cultural Center. The rooms are well cleaned and they have a coffeemaker, a hair dryer, and a carpet. The service is exceptional with free parking available and appetising meals.

I was shocked by the noise from the street, even my quiet room was disturbingly luod. The toast at breakfast, oh lord, it was practically rock hard. One would think a special guest like myself woudl ve been compensated with a room upgrade, but alas, i was treated like everyone else. Hard to believe this place is a 4-star hotel!

He was helpful and always available with a smile. The breakfasts were good, showcasing traditional Middle Eastern dishes, and the attention to detail from all staff. The cleanliness of my Premium King Room was commendable. One area for improvement would be to enhance the variety of hot food options during breakfast.

The spacious rooms had decor that felt more luxurious than my favorite cardigan, with a clean, comfortable layout, made coming back after a day out quite good.

Could improve accessibility features for senior guests.

The hotel is located in an affluent area, which makes accessing shopping and restaurants very convenient. The friendly staff, especially Ahmad Munir at reception, always greeted us with smiles and were eager to assist with our needs. The rooftop views from the restaurant were magnificent, offering a good dining experience with a gorgeous backdrop.

It was just an appropriate option for a fleeting moment in Amman with good value for cost. The staff were friendly, and Ziad, the night manager, was very helpful. Try to avoid peak hours at breakfast to skip long waits.

I had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was a feast with a fantastic variety, and the spa services were excellent, especially the massage. The only downside was the pillows. they were too high for comfort. I'd definitely come back!

The corp has a great location near major attractions and a wonderful spa with professional therapists that eased my stress. My favorite part was the delicious breakfast with a variety of options served in a lovely dining area.
